Beginning at the intersection of Cross Road and the Alaska Railroad; then northwesterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with Furrow Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Furrow Creek to its intersection with Old Seward Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Old Seward Highway to its intersection with E. Huffman Road; then easterly along the centerline of E.
