Beginning at the intersection of Diligence Circle and W. Klatt Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of W. Klatt Road to its intersection with Southport Drive; then northwesterly, northeasterly along the centerline of Southport Drive to its intersection with W. 100th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of W. 100 th Avenue to its intersection with Minnesota Drive; then southeasterly along the centerline of Minnesota Drive to its intersection with a non-visible line with O'Malley Road; then easterly along the centerline of O'Malley Road to its intersection with C Street; then southerly along the centerline of C Street to its intersection with the South Anchorage Sports Park boundary directly west of Peninsula Circle; then westerly, northerly, and southeasterly along the South Anchorage Sports Park boundary to its intersection with Timberlane Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Timberlane Drive to its intersection with Old Klatt Road; then westerly along the centerline of Old Klatt Road to its intersection with W.
