Beginning at the intersection of E. Northern Lights Boulevard and Baxter Road; then northerly along the centerline of Baxter Road to its intersection with Beaver Place; then northerly along the centerline of Beaver Place to its intersection with Debarr Road; then easterly along the centerline of Debarr Road to its intersection with Patterson Street; then southerly along the centerline of Patterson Street to its intersection with South Patterson Street Park; then southerly along the boundary of South Patterson Street Park to its intersection with Chester Creek South Branch; then easterly along the thread of Chester Creek South Branch to its intersection with a non-visible extended centerline of Paxson Drive; then southerly along the non-visible extended centerline of Paxson Drive to its intersection with E. 21 st Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 21st  Avenue to its intersection with Chandalar Drive; then southwesterly along the centerline of Chandalar Drive to its intersection with Lake George Drive; then southeasterly, southwesterly along the centerline of Lake George Drive to its intersection with Augustine Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Augustine Drive to its intersection with E.
