A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at a non-visible point at the southern entrance of Primrose Creek in the Chugach National Forrest, due northwest of the northwestern-most corner of the Primrose Census boundary, then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the western edge of the Primrose Census boundary; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line until its intersection with the Seward Highway; then easterly across the Seward Highway to its intersection with the eastern edge of the Primrose Census boundary and Snow River; then southerly following the thread of the S. Fork Snow River until its intersection with Bear Creek Census boundary; then following the Bear Creek Census boundary to its intersection with the City of Seward boundary due northeast of Nash Road; then westerly following the combined Bear Creek Census and City of Seward boundary through the Resurrection River to its western shore; then westerly following the City of Seward boundary to its intersection with Lowell Creek; then northwesterly following the thread of Lowell Creek to the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then northerly following the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to its intersection with Resurrection River, parallel to Herman Leirer Road; then northwesterly following the thread of Resurrection River due southeast of Redmond Creek; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to the Chugach National Forest; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line towards the northern end of Martin Creek; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the beginning.
