A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the Alaska Railroad and Johnson Pass Trail; then northeasterly along Johnson Pass Trail to its intersection with Lynx Creek Road; then westerly along the centerline of Lynx Creek Road to its intersection with Lynx Creek; then southerly along the thread of Lynx Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Juneau Creek; then westerly along the thread of Juneau Creek to its intersection with Canyon Creek; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line northwest of the intersection of Canyon Creek with Fresno Creek; then following the non-visible point-to-point line to Fresno Creek; then westerly along the thread of Fresno Creek to its intersection with Seward Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Seward Highway to its intersection with Pin Pass Creek; then westerly along the thread of Pin Pass Creek to its intersection with Resurrection Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Resurrection Creek to its intersection with Gold Gulch; then westerly through Gold Gulch to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then northerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge Boundary to its intersection with Gull Rock Trail; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending north to the Municipality of Anchorage and Kenai Peninsula Borough common boundary; then easterly following the Municipality of Anchorage and Kenai Peninsula Borough common boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southwesterly along the Alaska Railroad to the point of beginning.
