A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the Alaska Railroad and Johnson Pass Trail; then northeasterly following Johnson Pass Trail to its intersection with Lynx Creek Road; then westerly following the centerline of Lynx Creek Road to its intersection with Lynx Creek; then southerly following the thread of Lynx Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Juneau Creek; then westerly following the thread of Juneau Creek to its intersection with Canyon Creek; then southwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line northwest of the intersection of Canyon Creek with Fresno Creek; then following the non-visible point-to-point line to Fresno Creek; then westerly following the thread of Fresno Creek to its intersection with Seward Highway; then northerly following the centerline of Seward Highway to its intersection with Pin Pass Creek; then westerly following the thread of Pin Pass Creek to its intersection with Resurrection Creek; then southwesterly following the thread of Resurrection Creek to its intersection with Juneau Creek; then southerly following the thread of Juneau Creek to its intersection with Shaft Creek; then easterly following the thread of Shaft Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Langille Mountain; then southeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Chugach National Forest boundary; then northerly following the Chugach National Forest boundary to the northern shoreline of Kenai Lake; then southeasterly following the northern shoreline of Kenai Lake to Primrose Creek; then southwesterly following the thread of Primrose Creek and continuing along the thread of Porcupine Creek, along the Primrose Census boundary, to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the easternmost shore of Lost Lake; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending south of the northeast end of Paradise Valley, below Upper Paradise Lake; then northerly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the northeast end of Paradise Valley, above the western shore of Upper Paradise Lake; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point past the western edge of Wolverine Glacier at Rocky Point to a point northwest of Sargent Icefield due north of Nellie Juan River; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line due west of the Nellie Juan River to the western edge of Wolverine Glacier; then easterly following the western edge of the Wolverine Glacier to its intersection with the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary; then northerly following the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then southwesterly following the Alaska Railroad to the point of beginning.
