A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough as follows: beginning at the intersection of the City of Seward boundary and Lowell Creek; then westerly following the thread of Lowell Creek to its intersection with the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then southwesterly along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to its intersection with Tonsina Creek; then easterly following the thread of Tonsina Creek to its mouth; then northerly following the Lowell Point Census boundary and the western shoreline of Resurrection Bay to its intersection with the City of Seward boundary; then easterly following the City of Seward boundary to the point of beginning.
