A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough as follows: beginning at the western shore of Cisca Lake; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to its intersection with a service road leading to Sevena Lake; then southwesterly along the service road to the northern shoreline of Sevena Lake; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Sevena Lake to the headwaters of Soldotna Creek; then southerly along the thread of Soldotna Creek to a non-visible point southeast of the eastern end of Power Line Right of Way; then southeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a non-visible point from the extended centerline of Peaceful Lane; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point due south of Goshawk Court; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point north of Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then southwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the centerline of Deville Road; then southerly following the centerline of Deville Road to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then westerly following the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Forest Lane; then southerly along the centerline of Forest Lane to its intersection with Dan France Road; then southerly along the centerline of Dan France Road to its end; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern bank of Kenai River; then easterly following the northern bank of Kenai River to its intersection with the extended centerline of Rabbit Run Road; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to Betty Lou Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Betty Lou Drive to its intersection with Huske Street; then northerly along the centerline of Huske Street to its intersection with Scout Lake Loop Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Scout Lake Loop Road to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then westerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with W. Robinson Loop Road; then northerly along the centerline of W. Robinson Loop Road to its intersection with High Point Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of High Point Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then northeasterly following the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with W. Robinson Loop Road; then northerly along the centerline of W. Robinson Loop Road to its intersection with Montgomery Avenue; then westerly following the centerline of Montgomery Avenue to the extended centerline of Montgomery Avenue and a non-visible point south of the southern shoreline of Three Lake; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point southwest of the southern shoreline of Gagara Lake; then northwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
