A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Kalifornsky Beach Road and Oil Company Haul Road; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Cook Inlet; then northerly following the shoreline of Cook Inlet to its intersection with the City of Kenai boundary; then easterly following the City of Kenai boundary to its intersection with the western bank of Kenai River; then southerly following the western bank of Kenai River to its intersection with Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then westerly along the centerline of Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Kalifornsky Beach Road; then southerly along the centerline of Kalifornsky Beach Road to its intersection with Andrews Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Andrews Avenue to its intersection with Dana Bayes Street; then southerly along the centerline of Dana Bayes Street to its intersection with Cottonwood Street; then southerly along the centerline of Cottonwood Street to its intersection with W. Poppy Lane; then westerly along the centerline of W. Poppy Lane to its intersection with Poppy Wood Street; then southerly along the centerline of Poppy Wood Street to its intersection with Matanuska Street; then southerly along the centerline of Matanuska Street to its intersection with Jones Road; then westerly along the centerline of Jones Road to a non-visible point from the extended centerline of Jones Road and the extended centerline of Paddle Circle; then northerly following the extended centerline of Poppy Circle to W. Poppy Lane; then westerly along the centerline of W. Poppy Lane to its intersection with Hardy Street; then northerly along the centerline of Hardy Street to its intersection with Unocal Airport Road; then westerly along the centerline of Unocal Airport Road to its intersection with Kalifornsky Beach Road; then southerly along the centerline of Kalifornsky Beach Road to the point of beginning.
