A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the southeastern corner of the City of Soldotna and Kenai National Wildlife Refuge common boundary; then westerly following the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Ski Hill Road; then westerly following the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Kenai Spur Highway; then northwesterly following the centerline of Kenai Spur Highway to its intersection with Kilowatt Avenue; then northerly following the centerline of Kilowatt Avenue to its intersection with Gibson Boulevard; then northerly following the centerline of Gibson Boulevard to its intersection with Delta Avenue; then easterly following the centerline of Delta Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then easterly following the centerline of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Moser Road; then northerly following the centerline of Moser Road to its intersection with Sports Lake Road; then westerly following Sports Lake Road to its intersection with Kenai Spur Highway; then northerly following the centerline of Kenai Spur Highway to its intersection with Churchill Avenue; then northwesterly following the Kenai Spur Highway to its intersection with the Ridgeway Census boundary; then easterly and northerly following the Ridgeway Census boundary to its intersection with North Strawberry Road; then northerly following the Ridgeway Census boundary to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then easterly following the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Frogberry Street; then southerly following the centerline of Frogberry Street to its intersection with an unnamed road due east of Strawberry Road; then easterly following the unnamed road to its intersection with Rainbow Drive; then southerly following the centerline of Rainbow Drive to its intersection with Mackey Lake Road; then southwesterly following the centerline of Mackey Lake Road to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then easterly following the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with the Ridgeway Census boundary at Soldotna Creek; then southerly following the Ridgeway Census boundary to its intersection with the City of Soldotna boundary and Soldotna Creek; then easterly following the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Boundary Street; then southerly following the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Kenai River; then westerly following the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Kenai River Avenue; then easterly following the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Marcus Street; then southerly following the City of Soldotna boundary to the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then westerly following the City of Soldotna boundary along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the point of beginning.
