A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the City of Homer boundary at its intersection with Skyline Drive; then southeasterly following the centerline of Skyline Drive to its intersection with Pine Terrace Circle; then southerly following the centerline of Pine Terrace Circle to its end; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of Fireweed Avenue and Diamond Willow Circle; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Heath Street; then southerly following the centerline of Heath Street to its intersection with E. Pioneer Avenue; then northeasterly following the centerline of E. Pioneer Avenue to its intersection with Lake Street; then southeasterly following the centerline of Lake Street to its intersection with an unnamed creek extending from the western shoreline of Beluga Lake; then southwesterly following the thread of the unnamed creek to Beluga Slough; then northwesterly following the northern shoreline of Beluga Slough to the entrance of Kachemak Bay; then northwesterly following the shoreline of Kachemak Bay to a point due south of an extended line from the western end of W. Bunnell Avenue; then southerly from that point to a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide in Kachemak Bay and the City of Homer boundary; then southeasterly following the City of Homer boundary to a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a point in Kachemak Bay due southwest of the Homer Ferry Terminal; then southeasterly to a non-visible point-to-point line around the Homer Spit; then northeasterly from the tip of the Homer Spit, due south of the Homer Ferry Terminal, to its intersection with the median divide in Kachemak Bay; then southwesterly from the median divide in Kachemak Bay to its intersection with the City of Homer boundary at the entrance of Cold Bay; then northeasterly following the City of Homer boundary to its intersection with an unnamed river due southwest of Beach Drive; then northeasterly, northerly following the City of Homer boundary to its intersection with McCoy Road; then southwesterly following the City of Homer boundary and centerline of E. End Road to its intersection with Spencer Drive; then northerly following the City of Homer boundary to the point of beginning.
