A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the City of Homer boundary at its intersection with Skyline Drive; then southeasterly following the centerline of Skyline Drive to its intersection with Pine Terrace Circle; then southerly following the centerline of Pine Terrace Circle to its end; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of Fireweed Avenue and Diamond Willow Circle; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Heath Street; then southerly following the centerline of Heath Street to its intersection with E. Pioneer Avenue; then northeasterly following the centerline of E. Pioneer Avenue to its intersection with Lake Street; then southeasterly following the centerline of Lake Street to its intersection with an unnamed creek extending from the western shoreline of Beluga Lake; then southwesterly following the thread of the unnamed creek to Beluga Slough; then northwesterly following the northern shoreline of Beluga Slough to the entrance of Kachemak Bay; then northwesterly following the shoreline of Kachemak Bay to a point due south of an extended line from the western end of W. End Road to its intersection with Spencer Drive; then northerly following the City of Homer boundary to the point of beginning.
