A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the City of Kodiak boundary and W. Rezanof Drive; then northerly along the City of Kodiak boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due east of Pillar Creek Reservoir; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the eastern shoreline of Pillar Creek Reservoir; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Pillar Creek Reservoir to the mouth of a creek on its western shoreline; then westerly along the thread of the creek to Devils Prongs Ridge; then westerly along the centerline of Devils Prongs Ridge to a non-visible point due south of the headwaters of Virginia Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Virginia Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Monashka Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of a creek that drains into Narrow Strait; then northeasterly along the thread of the creek to its mouth; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Narrow Strait; then northwesterly along the median divide of Narrow Strait to its intersection with the median divide of Kizhuyak Bay; then southwesterly along the median divide of Kizhuyak Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line north of the median divide of Sharatin Bay; then southerly along the median divide of Sharatin Bay to the mouth of Elbow Creek at the head of Sharatin Bay; then southerly along the thread of Elbow Creek to its headwaters; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Sargent Creek; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Russian Creek; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Center Mountain; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shoreline of Saltery Lake; then southerly along the western shoreline of Saltery Lake to Saltery Creek; then southerly along the thread of Saltery Creek to Saltery Cove in Ugak Bay; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Ugak Bay to the head of Portage Bay; then northeasterly along the thread of a drainage creek at the head of the bay to Lake Miam; then northeasterly along the western shoreline of Lake Miam; then northeasterly along a series of creeks to the headwaters of Olds River; then northeasterly along the thread of Olds River to the head of Kalsin Bay; then northeasterly along the median divide of Kalsin Bay to its intersection with the median divide of Chiniak Bay; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southwestern corner of the City of Kodiak boundary, including Puffin Island; then northerly along the City of Kodiak boundary to the point of beginning.
