A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: beginning at the mouth of Elbow Creek in Sharatin Bay; then southerly along the thread of Elbow Creek to its headwaters; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Sargent Creek; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Russian Creek; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Center Mountain; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shoreline of Saltery Lake; then southerly along the western shoreline of Saltery Lake to Saltery Creek; then southerly along the thread of Saltery Creek to Saltery Cove in Ugak Bay; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Ugak Bay to the head of Portage Bay; then southwesterly along the median divide of Portage Bay to its intersection with the median divide of Ugak Bay; then southeasterly along the median divide of Ugak Bay to its intersection with the Kodiak Island Borough boundary; then southerly following the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with the Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary including Chirikof and Aghiyuk islands; then northerly following the Lake and Peninsula Borough and Kodiak Island Borough common boundary to its intersection with the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary; then easterly following the Kenai Peninsula Borough and Kodiak Island Borough common boundary to Cape Douglas; then southwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Shelikof Strait; then southwesterly along the median divide of Shelikof Strait to its intersection with the median divide of Viekoda Bay; then southeasterly along the median divide of Viekoda Bay to its intersection with the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Naugolka Point; then southeasterly along the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due west of a small lake near Barabara Cove in Kizhuyak Bay; then due east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the lake; then easterly along the lake's southern shoreline to the mouth of a creek on its eastern shore; then easterly along the thread of the creek to Kizhuyak Bay; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Kizhuyak Bay; then northeasterly along the median divide of Kizhuyak Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line due north of the median divide of Sharatin Bay; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point line due north of the median divide of Sharatin Bay to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Larson Bay, the City of Akhiok, and the community of Karluk and excluding all that area within the City of Old Harbor.
