Rezanof Drive; then southwesterly along the City of Kodiak boundary to its intersection with W. Rezanof Drive; then easterly along the centerline of W. Rezanof Drive to its intersection with Lower Mill Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Lower Mill Bay Road to its intersection with Mill Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Mill Bay Road to its intersection with the City of Kodiak boundary; then northeasterly following the City of Kodiak boundary to the point of beginning.
