A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary in the Gulf of Alaska, due south of the entrance to Harris Bay; then southwesterly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point at the intersection of Kennedy Entrance and Chugach Passage; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line in the median divide of Kennedy Entrance to a non-visible point southeast of the southern tip of Elizabeth Island; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the southern shore of Elizabeth Island; then westerly following the shoreline of Elizabeth Island to its western shore; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line following the intersection of Kennedy Entrance and Chugach Passage where it intersects with Koyuktolik Bay; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the northern shore of Koyuktolik Bay; then northerly following the shoreline of Koyuktolik Bay to the Nanwalek Census boundary; then southeasterly along the Nanwalek Census boundary to its intersection with an unnamed lake at the headwaters of English Bay River; then northeasterly along the Nanwalek Census boundary to its intersection with the Port Graham Census boundary; then easterly along the Port Graham Census boundary to the shore of Port Graham; then northeasterly and southerly following the shoreline of Port Graham to the southern shore of Coal Cove; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line across the mouth of Coal Cove to the shore of Port Graham where the shore intersects with Cook Inlet; then continuing northerly along the Cook Inlet shoreline to the southern shore of Kachemak Bay; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line across Kachemak Bay to a non-visible point due west of Diamond Creek; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line toward the mouth of Diamond Creek; then southeasterly following the median divide in Kachemak Bay to Coal Point off the tip of the Homer Spit; then northeasterly along the median divide of Kachemak Bay; then easterly following the median divide of Kachemak Bay to a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Fox River Census boundary at the entrance to Fox River; then easterly following the Fox River Census boundary line to the mouth of Bradley River; then northeasterly along the thread of Bradley River and Fox River Census boundary to the intersection with Kenai National Wilderness boundary; then southerly along the Kenai National Wilderness boundary to its intersection with the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then easterly along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to its intersection with Resurrection River; then southeasterly following the thread of the Resurrection River to its intersection with the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then southerly following the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary toward Phoenix Peak to the southwestern corner of the Lowell Point Census boundary; then northeasterly following Lowell Point Census boundary to its intersection with the City of Seward boundary; then easterly following the City of Seward boundary to its intersection with the Bear Creek Census boundary; then northerly and easterly following the Bear Creek Census boundary to its intersection with Snow River; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point due west of the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then at a non-visible point continuing north toward Upper Paradise Lake to its southern shore; then from the non-visible point-to-point line, crossing to the north shore of Upper Paradise Lake; then easterly to the southwestern boundary of Wolverine Glacier; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line across Wolverine Glacier due north of the mouth of Nellie Juan River; then northerly from the non-visible point-to-point line across Wolverine Glacier to its intersection with the Chugach National Forest boundary; then easterly to its intersection with the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary due south of Kinap Bay; then easterly and southerly following the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary back to its point of beginning, excluding the communities of Nanwalek, Port Graham, Seward, Lowell Point and Bear Creek and including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Seldovia.
