Beginning at the intersection of Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary and Tlikakila River; then northerly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with the Bethel Census Area boundary and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough boundary; then easterly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with Cook Inlet; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the median of Cook Inlet; then southwesterly along the median of Cook Inlet extending to its intersection with the western shore of Port Graham; then southerly along the shoreline of Port Graham to its intersection with the Port Graham Census boundary; then southwesterly along the Port Graham Census boundary to its intersection with Nanwalek Census boundary; then westerly along the Nanwalek Census boundary to the shore of English Bay River and continuing westerly to its intersection with Cook Inlet; then southerly along the western shoreline of Cook Inlet to its intersection with Koyuktolik Bay; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the southwestern shore of Elizabeth Island; then southeasterly along the southwestern shoreline of Elizabeth Island following Kennedy Entrance to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary; then westerly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with the Katmai National Park boundary; then westerly and northerly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the City of Tyonek; and all that area within the communities of Beluga, Nanwalek, and Port Graham; and all that area within Augustine, Chisik, Kalgin, Nordyke, and Scott Islands.
