A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Douglas Highway and Lawson Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lawson Creek to its mouth; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Gastineau Channel; then southeasterly along the median divide of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the median divide of Stephens Passage; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary at Point Arden on Admiralty Island; then southwesterly then northerly along the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to its intersection with the median divide of Stephens Passage east of Colt Island; then southeasterly following the median divide of Stephens Passage to a non-visible point due south of the mouth of Hilda Creek on Douglas Island; then north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Hilda Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Hilda Creek to a non-visible-point-to-point line extending southwest from the headwaters of Kowee Creek; then northerly following the thread of Kowee Creek to its intersection with Treadwell Ditch Trail; then easterly following Treadwell Ditch Trail to its intersection with Lawson Creek; then northerly following the thread of Lawson Creek to the point of beginning.
