A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: beginning at the United States-Canadian International boundary at its intersection with Mount Ogilvie-Boundary Peak 95; then southwesterly along the western edge of Gilkey, Thiel, and Eagle Glaciers on the Juneau Ice Field to the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier; then following the edge of the Mendenhall Glacier to a point due west of the headwaters of Lemon Creek; then southerly along the western edge of Lemon Creek Glacier to a point north of Observation Peak; then southeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point west of Olds Mountain; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Mount Juneau; then southeasterly following Mount Juneau Trail to its intersection with Perseverance Trail; then northeasterly following the Perseverance Trail to its end; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the end of Mount Roberts Trail on Gastineau Peak; then northwesterly along Mount Roberts Trail to its intersection with a non-visible point at the extended centerline of 1st Street; then southwesterly following the centerline of 1st Street to its intersection with Gold Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of Gold Street to its intersection with 3rd Street; then southwesterly following the centerline of 3rd Street to its intersection with Main Street; then northerly following the centerline of Main Street to its intersection with W. 4th Street; then southerly following the centerline of W. 4th Street to its end; then continuing northwesterly following the centerline of Calhoun Avenue to its intersection with Distin Avenue; then southwesterly following the centerline of Distin Avenue to its intersection with W. 8th  Street; then southwesterly following the centerline of W. 8th  Street to its intersection with W. Willoughby Avenue; then westerly following the centerline of W. Willoughby Avenue to its intersection with Gold Creek; then southerly following the thread of Gold Creek to its intersection with Egan Drive; then southerly following the centerline of Egan Drive to its end; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the shore of Gastineau Channel at a point southeast of the mouth of Gold Creek; then southwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Gastineau Channel; then southwesterly following the median divide of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the Juneau Douglas Bridge; then southerly following the centerline of the Juneau Douglas Bridge to its intersection with the shore of Douglas Island; then northerly following the shoreline of Douglas Island to the mouth of Kowee Creek; then southwesterly following the thread of Kowee Creek to its intersection with Treadwell Ditch Trail; then easterly following Treadwell Ditch Trail to its intersection with Lawson Creek; then northerly following the thread of Lawson Creek to its mouth; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Gastineau Channel; then southeasterly along the median divide of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the median divide of Stephens Passage; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary at Point Arden on Admiralty Island; then southerly following the City and Borough of Juneau boundary, including Midway Islands; then continuing along the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to the point of beginning.
