A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: beginning at a point in the median divide of Gastineau Channel southwest of the extended centerline of Vanderbilt Hill Road; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the shore; then northwesterly along the shoreline of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with Vanderbilt Creek; then northerly along the thread of Vanderbilt Creek to its intersection with Lemon Creek Trail; then northerly following the Lemon Creek Trail to its intersection with Lemon Creek; then easterly following the thread of Lemon Creek to its headwaters; then southerly along the western edge of Lemon Creek Glacier to a point north of Observation Peak; then southeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point west of Olds Mountain; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Mount Juneau; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the shore of Gastineau Channel; then westerly following the shoreline of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the south end of Harbor Way; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Gastineau Channel; then northwesterly following the median divide of Gastineau Channel to the point of beginning.
