A portion of the Haines Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the Glacier Bay National Park boundary and the Haines Borough boundary with Mt. Krause; then southeasterly following the Haines Borough boundary and the Hoonah-Angoon Census Area boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the western edge of Garrison Glacier; then northerly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the western edge of Garrison Glacier; then northerly around Garrison Glacier to a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the headwaters of Kicking Horse River; then northeasterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Kicking Horse River; then northerly along the thread of Kicking Horse River to its intersection with Chilkat River; then westerly along the southern bank of Chilkat River to the mouth of Takhin River; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across Chilkat River to a creek on the eastern bank of Chilkat River north of Takhin River; then northerly along the thread of the creek to the Takshanuk Mountains ridgeline; then northwesterly along the Takshanuk Mountains ridgeline to its end; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Chilkat River; then northerly along the thread of Chilkat River to its intersection with Tahini River; then northerly along the thread of Tahini River to its intersection with the Haines Borough boundary; then southwesterly along the Haines Borough boundary to the intersection of the Hoonah-Angoon Census Area boundary and Mount Harris due southeast of Boundary Peak 154 on the United States-Canadian International boundary; then southeasterly following the Hoonah-Angoon Census Area boundary to the point of beginning, excluding that area within the Klukwan Native Community.
