  • A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Auke Nu Creek and Glacier Highway; then southerly along the thread of Auke Nu Creek to its mouth; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a point west of the median divide of Auke Bay; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the intersection of Auke Bay and Stephens Passage due north of Coughlan Island; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line due south of Point Louisa; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary in Stephens Passage, including Coughlan and Portland Islands; then southeasterly following the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the intersection of Fritz Cove and Gastineau Channel; then northeasterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the intersection of Fritz Cove and Gastineau Channel; then northerly to the eastern shore at the mouth of Mendenhall River; then following the eastern bank of Mendenhall River, including Spuhn Island, to the non-visible extended centerline of Rivercourt Way; then westerly to the thread of Montana Creek in Mendenhall River; then northerly along the thread of Montana Creek to its intersection with Spaulding Trail; then southwesterly following Spaulding Trail to its intersection with Winter Trail; then westerly following Winter Trail to its intersection with Auke Nu Creek; then southerly along the thread of Auke Nu Creek to the point of beginning.
