A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Mendenhall Loop Road and Mendenhall Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of Mendenhall Boulevard to its intersection with Aspen Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Aspen Avenue to its intersection with Portage Boulevard; then southerly along the centerline of Portage Boulevard to its intersection with Trio Street; then westerly along the centerline of Trio Street to its intersection with Julep Street; then northerly along the centerline of Julep Street to its intersection with Division Street; then westerly along the centerline of Division Street to its intersection with Riverside Drive; then northerly along the centerline of Riverside Drive to its intersection with a foot trail due south of Melvin Park; then westerly along the foot trail to its intersection with the eastern bank of the Mendenhall River; then southerly following the eastern bank of Mendenhall River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line south of the non-visible extended centerline of Northland Street; then easterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the end of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive to its intersection with Haloff Way; then easterly along the centerline of Haloff Way to its intersection with Tongass Boulevard; then southerly along the centerline of Tongass Boulevard to its intersection with Jennifer Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Jennifer Drive to its intersection with Jordan Creek; then southerly along the thread of Jordan Creek to its intersection with Jordan Creek Tributary; then northeasterly along the thread of Jordan Creek Tributary to its intersection with Thunder Mountain Trail; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a point south of Thunder Mountain; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Heintzleman Ridge; then easterly along Heintzleman Ridge to its intersection with a non-visible point due south of the headwaters of Steep Creek; then northerly following the thread of Steep Creek to a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the east end of Valley Boulevard; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to Valley Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of Valley Boulevard to the point of beginning.
