  • A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: beginning at the eastern bank of Mendenhall River at the non-visible extended centerline of Rivercourt Way; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to Montana Creek in Mendenhall River; then northerly along the thread of Montana Creek to its intersection with McGinnis Creek; then northerly following the thread of McGinnis Creek to its intersection with Mount McGinnis Trail; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier; then following the edge of the Mendenhall Glacier to a point due west of the headwaters of Lemon Creek; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Heintzleman Ridge; then southwesterly along Heintzleman Ridge to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line due south of the headwaters of Steep Creek; then northerly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Steep Creek; then following the thread of Steep Creek to a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the east of end of Valley Boulevard; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to Valley Boulevard; then westerly along the centerline of Valley Boulevard to its intersection with Mendenhall Loop Road; then north following the centerline of Mendenhall Loop Road to its intersection with Mendenhall Back Loop Road; then westerly following the centerline of Mendenhall Back Loop Road to the eastern bank of Mendenhall River; then southerly following the eastern bank of Mendenhall River to the point of beginning.
