Beginning at the intersection of the City and Borough of Wrangell boundary and the United States-Canadian International boundary; then southwesterly along the City and Borough of Wrangell boundary to a non-visible point at the median divide of Sumner Strait south of Point Alexander; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of the intersection of Sumner Strait and Duncan Canal; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Woewodski Island; then westerly following the shoreline of Woewodski Island to a non-visible point due east of the southeast point of Kupreanof Island at the mouth of Kah Sheets Bay; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the northern tip of Lung Island; then northwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Kupreanof Island; then northerly along the shoreline of Kupreanof Island to the mouth of Little Duncan Bay; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line across the mouth of Little Duncan Bay; then northerly following the shoreline of Kupreanof Island to Indian Point; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line across Duncan Canal to the shore north of Ohmer Slough; then northerly following the shoreline to the Portage Mountain Loop Trail; then northerly to Portage Bay; then northwesterly along the shoreline to the mouth of Big Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Frederick Sound; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending southwest from the shore at a point between Cape Fanshaw and Point Highland; then northeasterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to a point between Cape Fanshaw and Point Highland; then northwesterly following the shoreline around Cape Fanshaw to Canoe Point; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Stephens Passage; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line in the median divide of Stephens Passage to a non-visible point east of Point Hugh; then following a non-visible point-to-point line east to the shore due north of Point Windham; then northerly along the shoreline to Point Astley; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary at Point Coke; then northeasterly following the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to its intersection with the United States-Canadian International boundary; then southeasterly along the United States-Canadian International boundary to the point of beginning including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Kupreanof and the City of Petersburg.
