Beginning at the northeastern corner of the City and Borough of Juneau boundary in Hawk Inlet; then southerly along the western shoreline of Admiralty Island towards Wheeler Creek; to the point of Lake Kathleen Drainage; then westerly to a non-visible point-to point line in the Chatham Strait median divide; then southerly along the median divide of Chatham Strait to its intersection with the City and Borough of Sitka boundary; then westerly following the City and Borough of Sitka boundary to a non-visible point-to-point line in Tenakee Inlet extending easterly to the headwaters of Freshwater Creek; then easterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Freshwater Creek; then easterly along the thread of Freshwater Creek to the intersection of North Fork Freshwater Creek to the western shoreline of Freshwater Bay; then following the western shoreline of Freshwater Bay to the edge of the western shore; then easterly along the Freshwater Bay shoreline to the mouth of a creek; then northwesterly following the thread of the creek to a non-visible point; then southeasterly towards Suntaheen Creek; then northeasterly following Suntaheen Creek to the western shore of Whitestone Harbor; then westerly along the shoreline to Spasski Bay; then easterly to a non-visible point-to-point line due east of Sisters Reef in Icy Strait to the intersection of Haines Borough boundary; then easterly along Haines Borough boundary to a non-visible point-to-point line; then easterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the Chatham Strait median divide to the western shore of Mansfield Peninsula; then southerly, northerly to Hawk Inlet to the point of beginning, including all that area within the city boundaries of Tenakee Springs.
