A portion of the City of Ketchikan described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Water Street and Chapman Street; then easterly along the centerline of Water Street to its intersection with Schoenbar Road; then northerly along the centerline of Schoenbar Road to its intersection with Forest Avenue; then northwesterly along the extended centerline of Forest Avenue to its intersection with the City of Ketchikan boundary; then southeasterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with the median divide of Tongass Narrows; then northwesterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point from the extended centerline of Chapman Street; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Chapman Street; then northerly along the centerline of Chapman Street to the point of beginning.
