A portion of the City of Ketchikan described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Water Street and Chapman Street; then easterly along the centerline of Water Street to its intersection with Schoenbar Road; then northerly along the centerline of Schoenbar Road to its intersection with Forest Avenue; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Forest Avenue to its intersection with the City of Ketchikan boundary; then northwesterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Carlanna Lake Road; then southerly along the non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Carlanna Lake Road to its intersection with the centerline of Carlanna Lake Road; then southerly along the centerline of Carlanna Lake Road to its intersection with Tongass Avenue; then southeasterly along the centerline of Tongass Avenue to its intersection with the western bank of Hoadley Creek; then southerly along the western bank of Hoadley Creek to its mouth; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City of Ketchikan boundary in Tongass Narrows; then southeasterly along the City of Ketchikan boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Chapman Street; then northerly along the non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Chapman Street to the point of beginning.
