Beginning at the intersection of Twelvemile Arm and the median divide of Kasaan Bay; then southeasterly along the median divide of Kasaan Bay, excluding Kasaan Island, to a non-visible point due south of Grindall Island; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Clarence Strait; then southerly along the median divide of Clarence Strait to its intersection with the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area and Ketchikan Gateway Borough boundary; then southerly along the Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary to the Annette Island reservation boundary; then southerly along the Annette Island reservation boundary to its intersection with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary; then westerly along the Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary to the Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary; then westerly along the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary toward Dixon Entrance and westerly along the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary; then proceeding northerly along the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary; then easterly along the median divide of Bucareli Bay to its intersection with the median divide of Trocadero Bay; then southeasterly along the median divide of Trocadero Bay to its head, excluding Madre de Dios and Ladrones Islands; then easterly along a foot trail at the head of the bay to its intersection with National Forest Development Road 21; then easterly along the centerline of National Forest Development Road 21 to its intersection with Twelvemile Creek; then northerly along the thread of Twelvemile Creek to Twelvemile Arm; then northeasterly along the median divide of Twelvemile Arm to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Hydaburg.
