Beginning at the intersection of the western bank of the Yukon River and the southern boundary of the City of Grayling; then westerly, northerly, and easterly along the City of Grayling boundary to its intersection with an unnamed trail; then northeasterly along the centerline of the unnamed trail to its intersection with the Iditarod Area School District boundary; then southeasterly along the Iditarod Area School District boundary to its intersection with Mud River; then southwesterly along the thread of Mud River to its intersection with Innoko River; then southwesterly along the thread of Innoko River to its intersection with the Iditarod River; then northeasterly and southwesterly along the thread of the Iditarod River to its intersection with Moose Creek; then southerly along the thread of Moose Creek to its intersection with Tractor Trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of Tractor Trail to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northwesterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with the with the Yukon River; then southerly along the eastern bank of Yukon River to a non-visible point east of Elkhorn Island; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Elkhorn Island; then southwesterly along the northern and western shoreline of Elkhorn Island to a non-visible point east of Bonasila River; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across the Yukon River to its western bank at the mouth of the Bonasila River; then northerly along the western bank of the Yukon River to the point of beginning, including all that area within the City of Grayling.
