Beginning in the median of Unimak Pass; then southeasterly to the median of Akutan Pass including Akutan, Akun, Avatanak, Ugamak, Aiktak, Tiglada, Rootok, and Unalga Islands; then northerly through the median of Akutan Pass to the median of Unimak Pass, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Akutan.
