Beginning at the intersection of Kuskokwim River and Johnson River; then northwesterly along the thread of Johnson River to its intersection with the Pikmiktalik River; then northeasterly along the thread of the Pikmiktalik River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shorelines of a series of small lakes; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Tubungaluk Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Tubungaluk Creek to its intersection with the northern bank of Kuskokwim River; then southwesterly along the northern bank of Kuskokwim River to its intersection with the City of Bethel boundary; then northwesterly, southwesterly, and southeasterly along the City of Bethel boundary to its intersection with median of the Kuskokwim River; then westerly along the median of Kuskokwim River to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Napakiak, and the community of Oscarville.
