Beginning at the intersection of the Lower Yukon School District boundary and Gweek River; then southwesterly along the thread of Gweek River to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Lower Yukon School District boundary; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Yukon Kuskokwim Portage Trail; then southeasterly along the centerline of the Yukon Kuskokwim Portage Trail to its intersection with the northwest corner of the City of Upper Kalskag boundary; then northeasterly, southeasterly, and southwesterly along the City of Upper Kalskag boundary to its intersection with the eastern bank of Kuskokwim River; then southwesterly along the eastern bank of Kuskokwim River to its intersection with the City of Lower Kalskag boundary; then northeasterly, southwesterly along the City of Lower Kaskag boundary to its intersection with the northern bank of Kuskokwim River; then southwesterly along the northern bank of Kuskokwim River to its intersection with the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary; then southerly and westerly along the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Upper Kalskag.
