Beginning at the mouth of Kwiguk Pass; then southeasterly along the southern shoreline of Kwiguk Pass to its intersection with the southwest corner of the City of Emmonak boundary; then easterly along the City of Emmonak boundary to its intersection with Kwiguk Pass; then southerly along the western shoreline of Kwiguk Pass to its intersection with Kwikluak Pass; then southeasterly along the western shoreline of Kwikluak Pass; then easterly crossing Kwikluak Pass to the eastern shoreline of Kwikpak Pass where Yukon River and Kwikluak Pass meet; then northerly along the eastern shoreline of Kwikpak Pass to the mouth of Kwikpak Pass; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Lower Yukon School District boundary; then southerly along the Lower Yukon School District boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Kwiguk Pass, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Emmonak.
