Beginning at the intersection of the Bering Strait School District boundary and First Chance Creek; then southerly along the thread of First Chance Creek to its intersection with Koyuk River; then southerly along the thread of Koyuk River to its intersection with the mouth of June Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of June Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Admiral Creek; then southerly along the thread of Admiral Creek to its intersection with Tubutulik River; then southeasterly along the thread of Tubutulik River to its intersection with the mouth of Lost Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lost Creek to its headwaters; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Kelly Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Kelly Creek to its intersection with Kwik River; then southerly along the thread of Kwik River to its mouth; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Norton Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Norton Bay to the mouth of Inglutalik River; then northeasterly along the thread of Inglutalik River to its intersection with the Bering Strait School District boundary; then northeasterly, southwesterly, and westerly along the Bering Strait School District boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Koyuk.
