Beginning at the intersection of Little St. Michael Canal and the City of Stebbins boundary; then easterly and northerly along the City of Stebbins boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary, including Stuart Island; then northwesterly, northeasterly, and southeasterly along the Bering Strait School District boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southeast corner of the City of Stebbins boundary; then northerly and westerly along the City of Stebbins boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Stebbins.
