Beginning at the intersection of the Bering Land Bridge National Preserve boundary and Winter Trail; then southerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Continental Divide power line; then westerly along Continental Divide power line to its intersection with Brooks Mountain; then northwesterly along Continental Divide power line to its intersection with Winter Trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to the intersection of Anikovik River and Moonlight Creek; then southwesterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to a non-visible point north of the mouth of Anikovik River; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary; then northwesterly and southeasterly along the Bering Strait School District Boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending southerly to the eastern shoreline of Lopp Lagoon; then northeasterly along the Bering Land Bridge National Preserve boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Wales and the area within the community of Tin City.
