Beginning at the northern shore of Dease Inlet, south of Plover Islands southern shore; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Dease Inlet to the eastern shore of Admiralty Bay; then southwesterly along the northern shoreline of Admiralty Bay to the eastern shore of Kuyanak Bay; then westerly along the northern shoreline of Kuyanak Bay to the southern shore of Sisgravik Lake; then northwesterly along the southern shoreline of Sisgravik Lake to the mouth of Inaru River; then westerly along the southern bank of Inaru River to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with an unnamed river; then northeasterly along the thread of the unnamed river to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to the southeast corner of the City of Barrow boundary; then northerly along the City of Barrow boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of an unnamed river, west of the City of Barrow boundary; then northerly along the thread of the unnamed river to the eastern shore of Isatkoak Lagoon; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Isatkoak Lagoon to the eastern shore of Tasigarook Lagoon; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Tasigarook Lagoon to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of the Chukchi Sea, west of Tasigarook Lagoon; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the North Slope Borough boundary; then northeasterly along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line to the northern shore of Dease Inlet, the point of beginning.
