Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary and the Noatak National Preserve boundary; then southeasterly and southwesterly along the Noatak National Preserve boundary to its intersection with Noatak River; then southwesterly along the northern bank of Noatak River to its intersection with Pingaluruk Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Pingaluruk Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Kikmiksot Mountain and Cape Krusenstern National Monument boundary; then southerly along the Cape Krusenstern National Monument boundary to its intersection with Mamelak Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Mamelak Creek to its intersection with Noatak River; then southeasterly along the eastern bank of Noatak River to its intersection with Little Noatak Slough; then southeasterly along the thread of Little Noatak Slough to its intersection with the Noatak National Preserve boundary; then northeasterly along the Noatak National Preserve boundary to its intersection with Nanielik Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Nanielik Creek to its intersection with Noatak River; then easterly along the northern bank of Noatak River to its intersection with Makpik River; then northeasterly along the thread of Makpik River to its intersection with the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary; then westerly along the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the community of Noatak.
