Beginning at the intersection of the North Slope Borough boundary and April Creek; then northerly along the thread of April Creek to its intersection with Killik River; then northwesterly along the thread of Killik River to its intersection with Colville River; then northeasterly along the thread of Colville River to the southern shore of Harrison Bay; then due north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the North Slope Borough boundary; then northwesterly along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Dease Inlet, south of the eastern shore of Plover Island; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Dease Inlet to the eastern shore of Admiralty Bay; then southwesterly along the northern shoreline of Admiralty Bay to the eastern shore of Kuyanak Bay; then westerly along the northern shoreline of Kuyanak Bay to the southern shore of Sisgravik Lake; then northwesterly along the southern shoreline of Sisgravik Lake to the mouth of Inaru River; then southwesterly along the southern bank of Inaru River to its intersection with Winter Trail; then southerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Meade River; then southwesterly along the thread of Meade River to its intersection with Okpiksak River; then southwesterly along the thread of Okpiksak River to its intersection with Winter Trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Usuktok River; then southerly along the thread of Usuktok River to its headwaters; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to south of the headwaters of Pahron River; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Grayling Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Grayling Creek to its intersection with Colville River; then westerly along the thread of Colville River to its intersection with Nuka River; then southwesterly along the thread of Nuka River to its intersection with Singayoak Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Singayoak Creek to its headwaters; then westerly along the Noatak National Preserve boundary to its intersection with Anisak River; then southeasterly along the thread of Anisak River to its intersection with the North Slope Borough boundary; then easterly along the North Slope Borough boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Nuiqsut and the community of Umiat.
