Section 6.40.040. Size of grant; use.

	(a)  A grant may not exceed the amount of the reduction in federal funding to the existing program, unless the grant is made to meet an increase in demand on a program caused by federal funding reductions in existing programs.  
	(b)  A grant may be used only for the purposes authorized by the state agency administering the grant.
