Section 7.05.240. Appointments and terminations.

The clerk of each superior court shall promptly inform the bureau of all appointments and terminations thereof made by the court to the following positions, and including the necessary supplementary data as requested by the State Registrar to enable the bureau to properly carry out its functions in cooperation with such officers of the court: clerk of court; probate officer or master; district magistrate; deputy magistrate, including whether recorder or not; and marriage commissioner. The clerk of court shall also inform the bureau of all incorporations, changes therein, or dissolutions, of cities, villages, and boroughs within his judicial district.
