Section 7.05.940. Short-form certificate.

The State Registrar may provide for a short-form certification for births which does not show parentage. When such short form is used generally for all births, it may also be used for certification of illegitimate births in accordance with instructions of the State Registrar; provided no identification of such illegitimacy is made on such certification. Such short-form certification may be used for this purpose by the bureau, and by such local recorders of vital records specifically authorized to do so by the State Registrar.
