The department, after compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act (AS 44.62), will, in its discretion, revoke, suspend, or refuse to issue a certificate (1) for fraud or deceit in obtaining a certificate under 7 AAC 26.210 - 7 AAC 26.290; (2) for gross misconduct by personnel of the emergency medical service providing basic or advanced life-support services; (3) if a medical director is no longer sponsoring the emergency medical service; or (4) for failure to maintain appropriate equipment or communications capability.
