Section 7.33.155. General provisions.

	(a)  A program approved by the department shall obtain approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Evidence of such approval shall be submitted to the department prior to beginning operations.  
	(b)  Programs shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations as required by 42 C.F.R. 8.11.  
	(c)  Each program is subject to inspection by the department without prior notice of the inspection.
