Section 7.38.070. Monthly reports.

	(a)  Each person who receives general relief assistance under this chapter shall make a monthly report on a form provided by the department concerning the financial status of himself and other members of his household.  
	(b)  The report must be received by the office of the division identified on the form provided by the department no later than the 15th day of each month for which the form is provided.
