	(a)  Unless extended by the division for good cause shown, an agency has until January 1, 2001, in which to  
		(1) make any changes to the physical environment of the agency; or  
		(2) obtain any new documentation required under AS 47.35  or this chapter.  
	(b)  The licensing representative will not assess compliance with the requirements of this chapter until the agency's license is renewed, converted from provisional to biennial status, or reviewed, or until an investigation of an allegation of noncompliance with a requirement of AS 47.35  or this chapter, whichever occurs first.
