(a) An agency that accepts children from other states or places children in other states shall obtain approval from the coordinator of ICPC. (b) When placing children from other countries, other than for purposes of adoption, who have been placed in another state before placement in this state, the agency shall obtain approval from the coordinator of ICPC.
