The administrator may, within 30 days after receiving the department's decision under 7 AAC 72.040, request reconsideration of the decision. In the request for reconsideration, the administrator may include any additional materials and information that support facility designation and that are relevant to the department's decision. Within 30 days after receipt of a request for reconsideration, after review of any additional material and information submitted, and based on the department's determination as to whether the facility complies with 7 AAC 72.015, the department will (1) approve the application, with modifications or conditions as necessary; or (2) reaffirm the decision made under 7 AAC 72.040.
