The department will consider the following information in determining whether a person is a resident: (1) where the person, the person's spouse, and the person's dependent children maintain their principal place of abode; (2) where the person's dependent children are enrolled in school; (3) the person's address on driver's licenses; (4) the person's address on motor vehicle registrations; (5) where the person's bank, credit union, or other financial accounts are maintained; (6) the person's address on hunting, fishing, trapping, or other licenses; (7) where the person is registered to vote; (8) the person's address as shown on Department of Revenue permanent fund dividend records; and (9) any other relevant facts.
