Section 9.12.030. Change of information.

A paid solicitor shall file a notice, within seven days, of any change of information required to be provided under 9 AAC 12.020 or change in the sureties, status, or expiration dates of the bond required under 9 AAC 12.060, or any claims or payments made against the bond.
